Step 1: Complete the on-line CTC Registration Process This is due by December 1, 2014



International Candidate Training Conference (CTC)
This International Candidate Training Conference (CTC) is open to anyone that is interested in running for a position on the Key Club International Board for the 2020-2021 Key Club year! Positions include Key Club International President, Vice President, & International Trustee. If you are interested you must register online for the Teleconfernce.

CTC Attendance is mandatory to be able to run for office. (District Governor, Secretary, or Treasurer only) Potential Candidates/Participants from Hawaii will need to contact the District Administrator directly; please copy your Region Advisor. If you are interested in an International position, there will be a webinar that you can attend to help you understand what the position(s) entail.
The Candidate Training Conference (CTC) will be held on December 7, 2014 at the Kiwanis District Office at 8360 Red Oak Street, Ste 201, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. The time will be from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. After finishing the CTC Registration Process  complete your CTC Assignment prior to CTC, which will be emailed to you. 

Step 2:  Anyone intending to run for a District Executive position (Governor, Secretary, or Treasurer) or seeking endorsement to run for an International position (President, Vice-President, or Trustee) needs to complete this online registration process. This Intent to file must be completed by January 10, 2015. In addition, anyone intending to apply for a committee chair or district news editor needs also to complete this online registration process. The information submitted is used for proper planning for elections, for appointment selections, and for the new term. Completing this process is NOT enough. The official paperwork with all required signatures needs to be submitted to the CNH District Office to the attention of Mr. Bruce Hennngs and received by the designated deadline. 

Step 3: Complete the Service Agreement: —Adobe fillable form (will be emailed to those meeting Step 1 above)
                       For both District Officer & International Endorsement Candidates: 
                       DUE  by January 15,  2015 (received by)

                                 Section 2: Rules and Regulations
                                 Section 3: Service Agreement
                                 Section 4: Region Advisor Team Support
                                 Section 5: Kiwanis Support
                                 Section 6: School Support 
                                 Section 7: Home Support
                                 Section 8: Code of Conduct
                                 Section 9: Kiwanis Release 
                                 Section 10: Consent to Attend Key Club 
                                                  Events & Medical Authorization

Step 4: Send your forms to Bruce Hennings via e-mail/fax/mail. Make sure you meet the deadline. If Electronically sent 
            in (e-mail, fax) the original foms must be postmarked by the deadline.

Step 5: Complete the CNH Candidate Basic Profile On-Line QuestionaireDue by Janaury  17, 2015
The information from this questionaire will be used to create one(1) page of the two(2) you are allowed. The second page is one that you create to advertise your candidacy and your qualifications for the office you are seeking. These will be posted on-line so no personal contact information is allowed. This page needs to be Submitted by January 17, 2015. Submit your personalized Campaign Flyer (Ad) in PDF format to with the subject line of: Campaign. 


Step 6: If you are running for an International position, you must attend the International Officer Candidate Training Conference webinar on January 20, 2015 8:30AM Pacific Standard Time. Click here for the webinar link.
